Wolds Farm Imperial Black IPA 7.8% 500ml

This is the big one. This massive beer uses German malt Carafa III which adds a dark black hue to the beer yet it retains much of the character of an IPA. This 7.8% version is a stronger derivative of an earlier experiment we did at 5.5%. Same malts, same Cascade and Citra and just over 35% bigger in 500ml bottles.
