From our premises in Castleton we supply retail and trade customers with flexible volumes, great pricing and service to match with 20 years experience in the wine trade to call on.

Our wines are carefully selected with the emphasis on quality first. Alongside classic regions and grape varieties we focus on emerging trends such as natural wine, orange wine, Pet-Nats and English producers.

A great number of our wines are organic and the majority are vegan friendly. We love minimal intervention, naturally produced wines where sustainability is key to the winemaker’s philosophy.

Much of the beer in our shop is brewed within a few miles of our location. High Peak is nearby Manchester, Sheffield and the Peak District, boasting beers and breweries of all styles and sizes. Almost any ale you can imagine and a few you probably can't!

Top names from the UK craft scene feature heavily such as Buxton, Torrside, Cloudwater and other Manchester breweries. We source imports to provide a popular range of Belgian & German ales and top quality lagers. The Cider & Perry range is growing all the time, with Gluten Free and Low/No Alcohol options available across the range.

We take the same approach to spirits as we do to wine and beer, with respect for the classics and a focus on developing trends in the industry. We sell independent whisky bottlings often from a single cask meaning total production is in the low hundreds of bottles. Small batch spirits from independent companies is what we are all about.

These companies vary in size, especially on the local scene. White Peak Distillery for example are already a big name in the burgeoning English Whisky industry and we've been stocking them ever since the first 'Wire Works' Whisky release. At the other end of the scale we have micro-distilleries started by 1 or 2 people with expertise often developed working for bigger companies.
