Shipping policy

All orders with us are available for delivery or collection in store, subject to the following policies:

Delivery

Our delivery services are available for all orders over a minimum of £30 within the UK Mainland.

We offer a free local delivery service to the following postcodes within High Peak and the Hope Valley:

• SK17
• SK23
• SK22
• S32
• S33

For all other UK deliveries, our shipping costs are £6.95 for orders over £30, and we offer free shipping for orders over £100.

Gift voucher delivery is £1.95.

All orders are expected to be delivered with 2-5 working days. Orders do not require a signature and up to 3 delivery attempts will be made.

 

Collection

Click and collect is available from our Castleton shop within our opening hours: From 11am to 5pm daily, and 11am to 7pm on Friday and Saturday.

Packaging

We have an excellent record for things arriving intact. All our packaging is bespoke to order from recycled or new cardboard.
