Wire Works 'Heritage Chevallier' Single Malt Whisky (999 bottles) 57.3% 70cl

This is an exciting new release from White Peak Distillery. It is their first whisky made without peat, allowing the natural flavours of the grain to shine through. The spirit is crafted using Chevallier barley, a traditional variety known for producing lower yields but delivering rich, distinctive flavour.

Because no peat is used, and the whisky is matured in relatively neutral oak (which adds minimal cask influence), the character of the barley takes centre stage. Bottling at a high proof further intensifies these flavours, resulting in a bold and expressive whisky that highlights the grain’s full impact.
