A flavour of The Peak District
A triple distilled single malt Irish whiskey from West Cork Distillers, initially matured in ex-sherry casks and finished in charred bog oak casks. These casks are made using oak sourced from the local boglands of Glengarriff. Aromas of warm spice, leather and dried fruit fill the nose, complimented by notes of malt, cracked black pepper and baking spices throughout the palate.
