A flavour of The Peak District
Brewed by Vault City and Fauve, this session sour takes inspiration from a classic strawberry tart. Juicy, Scottish strawberries pair perfectly with French pastry sweetness and a twist of lemon zest to create a delicately balanced finish. Bon appétit!
