24th Cask Series from indie bottler, North Star Spirits. Distilled September 2013 at the Tullibardine distillery and matured for 10 years in an Oloroso barrique and bourbon barrel.

Bottled at 55% vol, with only 378 bottles being filled.

Un-chillfiltered and natural colour.

Tasting notes:

Nose - Vanilla, Danish Pastry, peachy and soft oak.

Palate - Gingersnap cookies, dried spices and tinned fruit salad.

Finish - Gentle and sweet like my Nan. Just class!
