Torrside 'No More Heroes' Imperial Raspberry Wit 8% 500ml

This collaboration with Shakespeare’s pub in Sheffield belongs to Torrside’s ‘Monsters’ range of strong ‘partigyle’ beers. This means a group of beers all derived from a single mash, each then treated differently to imbue them with distinct characters. This wit bier has been made imperial with a big boozy back bone, and fermented on raspberries to create a refreshing balance between the dry,lightly spicy notes of a traditional wit, and tart, fruity raspberry.
