This beer belongs to Torrside’s ‘Monsters’ range of strong ‘partigyle’ beers, a group of beers derived from a single mash, each treated differently to create distinct characters. Some beers go into the barrel-aging programme, while others become ‘Vintage’ styles – Monsters brewed annually and designed to age elegantly over the years. This 2025 Imperial Stout is one of the latter. Expect a robust porter with roasted cocoa and biscuit notes from chocolate and Munich malts, elevated by light pine and citrus character from liberal use of Centennial hops.
