
Our Monsters beers are parti-gyles:brewed with the richer, stronger wort from early in the brewing process. We hop annd ferment accordingly!
This is the big sibling of 'Red Right Hand'; we gave it extra steep in some peat-smoked malt to make it particularly striking on the palate.
With Aug '25 being our 10th birthday, we've been re-brewing the occasional old favourite, and this is very much one of those!
Red, peaty, with old-school hops (Columbus/Apollo) and a partigyle - we think you'll agree, it's very us.
