Erasmus V (2024) belongs to Torrside’s 'Cats of Chaos’ range of barrel-aged beers. This IPA has spent time maturing in an ex-Islay whisky barrel. The result is a strong, hazy amber brew which marries hop flavours of tropical fruit, grapefruit, marmalade and bitterness, with subtle peaty smoke and oaky whisky-barrel character.
