"The Heart Desires was originally conceived as a humble blonde ale made with our house yeast. Over time, the project evolved into a sour beer aged with fruit in Burgundy barrels.

Pouring hazy yellow with a fine white head, this charming creation gives elegant grape, yeast, herbs, and citrus notes which translate to soft, balanced shades of Sauvignon Blanc on the tongue."
