Finish: Sustained, mellow warmth, ripe fruits and honey with a hint of smoke. Baked apricots and butterscotch.
Presentation: Natural colour, non-chill filtered
Cask types: single-use, ex-bourbon, American oak quarter-casks, shaved, toasted and re-charred to a medium heavy degree; finished in European oak, ex-red wine and Sauterne casks.
