Signatory Vintage Port Dundas 2008/2023 UCF 46% 70cl

Glasgow's Port Dundas distillery once occupied a prominent place on the banks of the Clyde and a prominent place in the Scottish whisky industry until it ceased production in 2011. It has since been demolished, so the only part of the distillery that remains are the few casks that are still released on occasion, like this bottling from Independent bottling champ, Signatory Vintage. Distilled in 2008, it matured in Oloroso sherry butts until it was bottled as part of Signatory's un-chill filtered collection.
