Made to exacting specifications, Les Argelieres is a unique range of modern, fruity varietal wines from the Languedoc, made with the aim of showing the elegance, subtlety and perfect varietal 'signature' of each grape variety as planted in the warmth of Southern France. Grown on cooler hill sites and with a limited yield to show the riper, richer fruit characters of Pinot Noir, this is a soft, fruity red with a silky palate.
Glossy garnet red in the glass, on the nose there are aromas of raspberry and cherry with subtle smoky and peppery hints, Fruity, elegant and well-balanced on the palate with a silky long finish.

This is a delightful example of a well-balanced, medium complexity PN with lovely cherry and dark fruits layered on top of light oak/leather and earthy notes. Usual moderate tannins and nice length - excellent accompaniment to roast meats . Now my go-to Pinot Noir.
