Lancashire Mead Co 'Forest' Limited Edition Mead 14.5% 70cl

'The Limited Edition Lancashire Forest mead has been produced from a year’s worth of honey from a few small beekeepers on the edge of Lancashire bordering the Forest of Bowland.  It is a beautifully light yet bold mead, displaying a wonderfully complex and multi-layered flavour profile, indicative of the flora and fauna in the area.

Another wild fermented mead, which went very quickly, the Lancashire Forest Limited Edition is a PURE HONEY mead which has benefitted from a couple of years of maturation, leaving just a sublime flavour and mouthfeel.  Another probable sipping mead, it is slightly ‘chewy’ and would pair well with a good steak and/or large Portobello mushroom.'
