Hamilton's Intus wines are designed to showcase the grape varieties and his home terroir in Vidigueira. Using only stainless steel for fermentation and ageing, and a minimal intervention approach in the winery.

The Intus Tinto is kept lighter with a slightly early harvest for the region. The wine is foot-trodden and co-fermented, for a light extraction. The wine shows lovely, light, wild red berry fruit, cherry, and a hint of plums. There's a little green stalky character that lifts the wine, and brings energy and vibrancy. The palate is juicy and fleshy, with great freshness for an Alentejo red. The tannins are fine but, bring enough mouthfeel to hold the finish taught, long, and moreish.
