58% Viognier blend grown on volcanic soils 40km SW of Rome. A fresh and energetic cuvée aged only in stainless steel for about 6 months and matured in bottle for a further 2 months.

BOUQUET: rich and articulate with ripe exotic fruit, citrus zest, white pepper, magnolia, herbs, all supported by a fresh breath of eucalyptus honey
PALATE: the palate underscores the bouquet, fresh and saline with minerality persisting on the finish
