Filey Bay Porter Cask Single Malt Whisky #2 51.4% 70cl

Filey Bay whisky matured in casks that previously held Wold Top Brewery’s Marmalade Porter. 
This whisky has been matured for 4 years in first-fill ex-bourbon and then further 2 years and 10 months in the ex-porter casks. These casks were also originally ex-bourbon, and had also been used to mature Filey Bay's 'Flagship' prior to housing the beer. The relationship between layers of whisky and beer gives complex flavours of fruit, chocolate, cereal, roasted malt and dark marmalade.
