Yellow olive colour. On the nose, aromas of white flowers and notes of citrus and tropical fruits combined with vanilla. In the mouth, it is friendly, fresh and unctuous. Elegant Chardonnay from Uco valley fruit. Restrained use of oak allows the fruit to shine through. Great with trout, sole or seafood served in fresh and citrus style sauces. Also good with a cheese fondue!
