Blue John Witch's Tavern gin takes inspiration from the ancient Witch's Cave deep within Treak Cliff Cavern, Castleton.
Infused with the butterfly pea flower, this indigo colour changing gin is juniper led with hints of Szechuan pepper and all spice, finishing with a delicate elderflower notes. The colour change is completely natural, changing to pink when tonic is added.
Hand distilled by Blue John Distillery in the Dark Peak, Derbyshire.
