After exploring UK fresh hops in October, we couldn’t resist brewing another fresh hop release — this time showcasing Cryo Fresh™ Citra & Krush hops from Yakima, USA.

Flash-frozen straight from the field by Yakima Chief Hops and sourced from B.T. Loftus Ranch, these hops capture vibrant, just-picked character and unexpected depth of flavour. Think the brightness of a raw tomato compared to sun-dried — fresh hops bring a whole new dimension to familiar varieties.

Expect lush peach syrup, juicy mixed berries and mango sorbet, layered with zesty lemon citrus, a touch of pine, and gentle warm woodiness for a beautifully balanced finish.
