A flavour of The Peak District
A rich, smooth and unctuous spiced rum. Crafted from scratch using organic cane spirit. We pot distil with foraged botanicals and infuse with a selection of key spices, foraged gorse and foraged damsons.
Housed in a premium organically shaped Italian glass bottle, with pictures of the Peak District beaming through a luxury double sided label, adorned with leather cord and complete with a hand made and hand glazed stoneware millstone, made by Ade and fired in our pottery on the farm. Topped off with a walnut closure and paper topper. This is a true artisan product and an amazing spirit to enjoy yourself or gift to a loved one.
