A wonderful expression of this single variety. All the elegance and natural acidity of Trajadura is used to balance the natural winemaking. Lots of bright, zesty citrus and stone fruit, with white floral aromatics. Bready lees notes and minerality give texture and a little weight to the palate.
An easy-going, very drinkable, fun fizz! A perfect aperitif, but with enough to pair with light dishes too.
