Purple People Eater comes from Torrside’s Monsters range of strong ‘partigyle’ beers. A group of beers all derived from a single mash, each then treated differently to imbue them with distinct characters.This has been worked up into a classic English Barley wine packed with kilos of blackberries foraged around New Mills, Derbyshire. This brew started as a contribution to the Independent Salford Beer Festival – the profits of which went to START Inspiring Minds mental health charity. Rich, sweet, and boozy.
