Produced in Barlow, Derbyshire using locally farmed and foraged botanicals from in and around the Peak District, as well as Derbyshire spring water, this gin celebrates the heritage of the area. Made in small batches of just 50 beautifully presented bottles per run, each bottle is finished with a handmade mill stone.
Peak Heritage’s London dry gin is cold-infused for six weeks with blackberry,bilberry and raspberry. The result is this naturally pink and vibrant dry gin with a subtly fruity finish.
