The Seifried Riesling has delicate fruit flavours and aromas retained from the vineyard using careful canopy management. Cool fermentation was initiated in stainless steel tanks to retain the clean aromatic fruit characters. The Seifried Riesling shows floral characters alongside appealing flinty notes. The palate is generous with natural residual sweetness and a fine thread of minerally acidity creating a full finish.

The premium selection often uses fruit grown on several different sites, enabling Seifried to produce wines with fantastic depth, complexity and flavour.
