Spirit of Eyam 'Black As Death' Gin 42% 70cl

This beautiful contemporary dry gin is distilled
in a traditional pot still, in batches of just
eighty bottles per run. The dark colour comes
from infusing the gin for several weeks with
Black Mallow Flowers and Hibiscus Blossom.
BOTANICALS
Juniper. (Including) Cassia, Orris, Lemon, Ginger,
Cardamom, Elderflower, Fennel & Rowan Berries.
TASTING & SERVING
A traditional dry gin with a subtle warmth.
It can be sipped neat over ice or enjoyed
with a plain tonic and a rasp of orange peel.
