This means a group of beers all derived from a single mash, which are each then treated differently to imbue them with distinct characters. ‘Impending Sense of Doom’is the big sibling of American red ale ‘Red Right Hand’ .Steeped in peat-smoked malt to give a striking, rich, red, peaty brew.
