The Barossa Valley is home to ancient vines, some over 100 years old. Torbreck has hand picked the grapes then gently basket pressed and aged the wine in old French oak to produce a rich, spicy red.
Expect dark cherry, blueberry and blackcurrant, balanced with savoury, woody notes. The palate is medium bodied with soft tannins and long acidity.
Pairs well with game or spiced foods.
