Precise and vibrant, fermentation in stainless steel tanks has achieved mouthwatering freshness and purity of fruit. Revealing notes of white peach and minerality, the zesty acidity is balanced by a lovely creamy mouthfeel from spending 6 months on fine lees and undergoing malolactic fermentation.
