The vintage achieved over 10% abv before having to be diluted with weaker expressions to achieve the government defined 8.4% maximum for cider. Aged in very active ex-Islay whisky casks this Raison is mouth wateringly dry with balancing orange marmalade notes and a significant dose of peaty smoke. It will evolve in time too making this one of the finest value craft drinks in the UK.
