Renegade BETHNALL BUBBLES 3.1 Dry Hopped Sparkling Pinot Noir 75cl 75cl

Punchy and refreshing like a hoppy IPA with a good acidity. It has aromas of coconut, citrus and tropical fruits and a saltiness on the palate. The Pinot Noir base wine was dry hopped with 10 g/L of Sabro (50%), Citra (30%) and Mosaic (20%) for 1 week before being bottled for its secondary fermentation. This wine is undisgorged so it's very hazy! It's also a bit lively so it's best served very chilled.
