It is tart, refreshingly low in alcohol, and traditionally flavoured with woodruff or raspberry syrup. In line with this tradition, this version from Zapagto has a raspberry base for tart and juicy sweetness, with the addition of blackberry to delivery greater complexity in earthy, vinous notes.
