Grizzly Grains 'It's A Journey' Mixed Ferm Barrel Rye Smoked Saison 7% 75cl

Our first mixed ferm beer was always going to be a Saison, produced using oak smoked wheat malt and pale rye malt, then fermented in a bretted oak barrel on our usual saison yeast. It's dry, smooth, and funky. Light smoked flavours on the finish with rye adding in plenty of body and pairing with the saison yeast spice. This beer will age indefinitely and change over time.
