Obi and Olive (2025) belongs to Torrside’s 'Cats of Chaos’ range of barrel-aged beers. A deep red-brown ale in the Belgian Flanders style: sour, full of tart and dry redcurrant notes, redolent of oaky barrel, tannic and vinous. The Torrside twist on the style sees the addition of smoke and peat flavours from the use of an ex-Islay whisky barrel.
