Traditional Duchesse de Bourgogne with Belgian cherries and chocolate essence added during the maturation process in oak casks (foeders). 20 kg of whole Belgian cherries are used in the production of each 100 liters of Chocolate Duchesse Cherry. On the palate, the predominant taste is cherry and chocolate, with a sweet chocolate aftertaste. The nose taste also features both the sweetness of the chocolate and the sourness of the cherries.
