A flavour of The Peak District
This beer contains a 60/40 blend of golden sour ale fermented with our Goat Wizard house culture which was aged for three months in stainless. This was blended with a golden sour ale aged in oak wine barrels for two years, originally brewed at Fierce Brewing in Aberdeen. The blended beer was refermented and aged on 300g/l of whole Scottish raspberries (Cascade varietal) from Pittormie Fruit Farm, located seven miles from the brewery.
