Tasting Notes

• Nose: chocolate cherries, barbecued banana and forest floor.

• Taste: soft wood smoke, baked apple, cornbread and caramel.

• Finish: long and velvety with winter spices and tobacco leaf.

Whisky: floor-malted heritage grains are hand-mashed, long fermented, copper pot distilled, matured and bottled in our distillery. This creates an authentic whisky, influenced by the people and landscapes from our journey – for you to enjoy on yours.
