Perhaps one of their more conventional wines, the Arinto grapes come from Lisbon University's vineyards, just round the corner from the winery. The wine is fermented in stainless steel but aged for 6 months in used barriques.

A refined and mineral expression of Arinto, still with green fruit charater and zippy vibrancy, but with a chalky mineral texure, a little weight, and smokiness of lees, with hardly any noticable impression from the oak.
