"This gin taps into the deep history and rich diversity of this beautiful natural landscape and celebrates the people who live, love and work in it.
We use just a few key botanicals in the distillation and infusions of botanicals sourced from the farm estate and sites in and around The Peak District. We then blend with fresh, filtered Derbyshire spring water.
The result is a smooth, juniper rich, infused dry gin with serious flavour and real heritage. Our gin is distilled in a traditional pot still in small batches of just fifty bottles per run.
All bottles are hand finished, hand labelled and hand numbered."
