"We’ve been really excited about our rum project since we started our year long trials in late 2018, and the response from those that have tasted so far has been great.
We create our rum from scratch using solidified sugar cane juice imported from South America which we blend with molasses. The entire process of fermentation, distillation, maturation and bottling all happens at the Distillery. We’re really proud to have created an authentic rum here in Derbyshire."
