The Edradour No. 2 Inaugural Edition marks a historic milestone as the very first release from the Edradour No. 2 Distillery. Located on the same grounds as Edradour Distillery, this release was distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2025. This expressive single malt has been fully matured in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts, showcasing the distillery’s dedication to bold flavour and traditional craftsmanship. Bottled at a robust 57.1% ABV, un-chillfiltered and with natural colour, it offers an unadulterated insight into the character of this new chapter for Edradour.
Founded in 1825, the original Edradour Distillery in Perthshire is celebrated as Scotland’s “Little Gem,” producing whisky in small batches using traditional, hands-on methods.
