Produced in South Africa's Franschhoek valley, this South African white is a bit different. It's a small-batch Chenin Blanc.
Most of the fruit comes from a top Paarl vineyard and aged in 600l French oak demi-muids, but there's a twist - a splash of Wildeberg's quirky, ceramic egg fermented Wit Chenin is in there as well.
Crisp, juicy and surprisingl;y full bodied.
Can be enjoyed chilled on its own, or alongside anything from simple roast chicken to a steaming bowl of mussels.
