Nelson Sauvin is a hugely popular hop, famous for imparting its stunningly distinctive flavour profile to any beer and one which we think suits the double dry hopping process. It brings notes of passionfruit and crushed grapes with a defining gooseberry character reminiscent of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc."
