It's that time of year again!We love it when the hops are back in season and we can go and harvest the hops we grow at Sheffield Organic Growers, this years crop of Yeoman was even better than last year. The plants produced big sticky hop cones with a fantastic aroma. We've kept the base beer nice and pale to let the hop flavours shine. Alongside the Yeoman hops we've also used some Fuggles, Goldings and a few wild hops, all grown in Sheffield.
