
Our latest Farmhouse Saison has been brewed with organic Rhubarb grown in Sheffield, with 100g per litre. We've added Rhubarb to the boil and also into the fermenter where the beer has been left to condition on rhubarb for 8 weeks prior to bottling. Big Rhubarb aroma and flavour combines with tangerine and vanilla and a hint of spice on the finish, dry but balanced.
