Crisp and beautifully fresh, the Mills & Hills Bacchus is bursting with crunchy green apple, lime zest, elderflower and honeysuckle. Precise and vibrant, fermentation in stainless steel tanks has achieved mouthwatering freshness and purity of fruit. Revealing notes of white peach and minerality, the zesty acidity is balanced by a lovely creamy mouthfeel from spending 6 months on fine lees and undergoing malolactic fermentation.
