I also get some samphire and hot tarmac, before cleaner fruits (lime, cherry) develop with time.\u003cbr aria-hidden=\"true\"\u003e\u003cbr aria-hidden=\"true\"\u003eThe palate has lime, peach, demarara sugar, pineapple cubes, against a lightly tarry background. All the herbs from the nose are here too, before some juicy red fruits in the finish (strawberry, cherry, Turkish Delight) and a bit of pandan leaf.\u003cbr aria-hidden=\"true\"\u003e\u003cbr aria-hidden=\"true\"\u003eIt's the fruity\/herbal combo that really jumps out with this one - quite unusual and quite delicious! It's easy drinking without being at all boring, and would (I suspect) be pretty fine with an ice cube or two in the summer.
